नम्बरदार रामप्रसाद इंडियन पब्लिक स्कूल, मिंठौली की स्थापना एक उद्देश्य के साथ की गई थी — ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के बच्चों को वही गुणवत्ता वाली शिक्षा देना जो आमतौर पर केवल शहरों में उपलब्ध होती है। शिक्षा सिर्फ किताबी ज्ञान नहीं, बल्कि चरित्र, संस्कार, आत्मविश्वास और राष्ट्र के प्रति जिम्मेदारी को विकसित करने का माध्यम है।

एन आर आई पब्लिक स्कूल की प्रगति और इसके उच्च आदर्शों को देखकर मेरे मन में गर्व और संतोष की भावना होती है। मैंने शिक्षा को केवल एक पेशा नहीं, अपितु एक धर्म के रूप में जिया है और 85 वर्षों के अपने जीवन में जो मूल्य मैंने जिए हैं, यह विद्यालय उन्हीं मूल्यों का जीवंत उदाहरण बनकर उभरा है। एक सेवानिवृत्त प्रधानाचार्य और समर्पित शिक्षक के रूप में, मेरा विश्वास रहा है कि शिक्षा ही वह शक्ति है जो समाज को उठाकर एक नई दिशा दे सकती है। ग्रामीण परिवेश में बहुधा मैंने देखा है कि जब किसी परिवार का बच्चा शिक्षित होता है, तो पूरा परिवार, पूरा समाज प्रगति की ओर बढ़ता है।

मैंने इस क्षेत्र के गाँवों के बच्चों को वर्षों तक पढ़ाया, परिवारों को मार्गदर्शन दिया, और जीवन भर ज्ञान का दीपक जलाने में समर्पित रहा। इस क्षेत्र के लोगों का जो स्नेह और सम्मान मुझे मिला है, वह मेरे लिए एक बहुत बड़ी ज़िम्मेदारी भी है। मेरा सपना रहा है कि हमारे क्षेत्र में एक ऐसा विद्यालय हो जो केवल इमारतों या अंकों में नहीं, बल्कि मूल्यों, दृष्टिकोण और चरित्र में भी सर्वश्रेष्ठ हो।

मेरा स्पष्ट मानना है कि— “अच्छे संस्कारों से युक्त शिक्षा ही सच्चे राष्ट्र निर्माण की आधारशिला है।”

N.R.I. Public School की स्थापना इसी उद्देश्य से की गई थी कि गांव के अंतिम बच्चे तक भी गुणवत्तापूर्ण, संस्कारयुक्त और समग्र शिक्षा पहुँचे। मुझे गर्व है कि यह विद्यालय आज CBSE बोर्ड और अन्य राष्ट्रीय स्तर की परीक्षाओं में अपने उत्कृष्ट परिणामों से क्षेत्र का नाम रोशन कर रहा है।

आज हमारे कुशल प्रबंधन तंत्र और समर्पित शिक्षकों की टीम के नेतृत्व में, मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि एन आर आई पब्लिक स्कूल शिक्षा ही नहीं दे रहा — यह भविष्य गढ़ रहा है।

भगत जी एजूकेशनल सोसाइटी का इतिहास व उद्देश्य
(इतिहास) परिचय

जनपद मथुरा और अलीगढ़ की सीमा के निकट बसे गाँव मिठ्‌ठौली में एक किसान परिवार में जन्मे नम्बरदार श्री रामप्रसाद सिंह दयावान, कर्तव्यनिष्ठ व विनम्र प्रकृति के व्यक्ति थे । जिनका स्वय का जीवन सर्घष की एक गाथा रहा है। अन्य क्षेत्रों की तुलना में यह क्षेत्र विकास की दृष्टि से काफी पीछे रहा है। श्री रामप्रसाद नम्बरदार जी की इच्छा थी कि यह क्षेत्र भी विकास की मुख्य धारा से जुड़े ।

इसलिए उन्होने अपने अनुज श्री युगल सिंह चौधरी, पूर्व प्रधानाचार्य, आर्दश इण्टर कॉलेज मिठ्ठौली (मथुरा) से क्षेत्र के बालक व बालिकायों के बहुमुखी विकास के लिए, एक शिक्षण संस्था खोलने का प्रस्ताव रखा। श्री युगल सिंह जी ने अपने जयेष्ठ भ्राता नम्बरदार श्री रामप्रसाद सिंह जी के विचारों का सम्मान करते हुये अपने सानिध्य में भगत जी एजुकेशनल सोसाइटी ग्राम व पोस्ट मि‌ठौली ब्लॉक नौहझील तह० मांट जिला मथुरा का पंजीकरण कराकर, ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में अनेक गाँवों के मध्य बालक/बालिकायों के उत्थान हेतु नम्बरदार रामप्रसाद इण्डियन पब्लिक स्कूल बाजना जट्टारी रोड मिठ्ठीली (मथुरा) की स्थापना रामप्रसाद नम्बरदार जी के जयेष्ठ पुत्र श्री महीपाल सिंह जी (संस्थापक) द्वारा स्थापना कराई।

संस्था के मुख्य उ‌द्देश्य

1. संस्था द्वारा किसी जाति, धर्म, एंव वर्ग में भेद भाव रहित शिक्षा का प्रसार करना।

2. असहाय, पिछड़े क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण (किसान व मजदूर) वर्ग के बच्चों का शिक्षा द्वारा चहुमुखी विकास करना।

3. बालक बालिकायों के शारीरिक, मानसिक एवं बौद्धिक विकास हेतु कार्य करना।

4. बालक बालिकायों में देश भक्ति की भावना पैदा करना।

5 बालक बालिकायों को स्वास्थ शिक्षा प्रदान करना।

6. बालक बालिकायों के ज्ञानबर्धन हेतु आधुनिक उपकरणों एवं पाठ्य सामाग्री की व्यवस्था करना। जैसे कम्प्यूटर, प्रयोगशाला एव पुस्तकालय आदि ।

7. बालक बालिकायों में नेतृत्व की भावना पैदा करने के लिए, वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता एंव संगोष्ठी का आयोजन करना ।

8. बालक बालिकायों के रचनात्मक व व्यावहारिक ज्ञान हेतु ऐतिहासिक व शिक्षाप्रद स्थानों का भ्रमण कराना।

9. शासन द्वारा प्रदत्त सहायता पात्र बालक बालिकायों को लाभान्वित कराना।

10. बालक बालिकायों के शारीरिक विकास हेतु योग विद्या प्रदान करना।

11. बालक बालिकायों को भारतीय संस्कृति व सभ्यता से जोड़ना आदि ।

His life was a legend itself He realized that his locality was full of talents but the people were unaware of it. He thought of it and found the key to unlock this problem of ignorance, This key was education With this thought he revealed his opinion to his younger brother Mr Yugal Singh Chaudhary retired Principal of Adarsh Inter College Mitthauli for the bright future of the students who were unaware of their qualities Mr Yugal Singh Chaudhary knew that time had changed There was a time when to pass Allahabad Board Exam was proud of itself But CBSE has overcome other boards So respecting his elder brothers opinion Mr Yugal Singh Chaudhary for the moral and physical development of children made Mr Mahipal Singh eldest son of Mr Ramprashad Singh found a CBSE school NRI Public School Mitthauli Mathura among many villages Mr Mahipal Singh believes that The wisest mind of the world may be on the last bench of the class So keeping this psalm in his heart he made no distinction between a pupil and destitute pupil He gives the equal opportunity to each child Even he provides discount to BPL card holders He thinks only an ideal and experienced teacher can get the pupils the real education that time needs education free from castism free from classism free from religious distinction and free from nepotism.

21वीं सदी के इस प्रगतिशील युग में, समय के साथ चलना अनिवार्य हो गया है। कभी बोर्ड की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करना गौरव की बात मानी जाती थी, लेकिन आज परिस्थितियाँ बदल चुकी हैं। CBSE बोर्ड ने अपनी गुणवत्ता, नवाचार और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर स्वीकार्यता के कारण अन्य बोर्डों पर अग्रणी स्थान प्राप्त कर लिया है।

हमने जनहित और क्षेत्र की आवश्यकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह संकल्प लिया है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में एक ऐसे आधुनिक, गुणवत्तापूर्ण और अंग्रेजी माध्यम के CBSE स्कूल की स्थापना की जाए, जहाँ हर वर्ग के बच्चे सुलभ एवं सशक्त शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकें।

आज के वैश्विक युग में, हिंदी भाषा के साथ-साथ अंग्रेज़ी का ज्ञान भी अत्यंत आवश्यक हो गया है। विज्ञान, तकनीक और अनुसंधान की लगभग समस्त सामग्री अंग्रेज़ी में ही उपलब्ध है, इसलिए छात्र के समग्र विकास के लिए अंग्रेज़ी भाषा पर पकड़ आवश्यक है। इस उद्देश्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए, हमने अपने विद्यालय में शिक्षण का माध्यम अंग्रेज़ी रखा है।

शिक्षा के बिना क्षेत्र का समुचित विकास असंभव है। आज भी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र शहरी क्षेत्रों की तुलना में पिछड़ रहे हैं क्योंकि अधिकांश गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षण संस्थान शहरों और कस्बों तक ही सीमित रह गए हैं। गाँव के माता-पिता को अपने बच्चों को पढ़ाने में महंगा और कठिन अनुभव होता है।

इन सभी बातों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, हमने N.R.I. Public School, Mitthauli, Mathura की स्थापना की है, जो कि एक CBSE से मान्यता प्राप्त, अंग्रेज़ी माध्यम विद्यालय है। यहाँ छात्रों के सर्वांगीण विकास हेतु आधुनिक शिक्षण पद्धति, कंप्यूटर शिक्षा, शारीरिक शिक्षा, खेल, योग, एवं जीवन कौशल जैसे तत्वों को समाहित किया गया है।

हमारा उद्देश्य है: ‘ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा का विकास’।
