*General Rules & Regulations*
Special attention is given to maintaining a high standard of morality and discipline in the school. Parents and guardians are requested to cooperate with the school in this regard.
1. Parents are not permitted to meet their wards or teachers during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
2. Every student is required to attend school regularly and punctually, dressed neatly in the prescribed school uniform.
3. Presence in the morning assembly is compulsory for all students.
4. Students must maintain discipline and good conduct at all times. In case of any act of indiscipline, the student’s enrolment may be cancelled.
5. Damage to school property—including books, laboratory equipment, furniture, and buildings—will result in a fine, and the cost of the damage will be recovered from the student concerned.
6. No student shall leave the classroom or school premises without the permission of the concerned teacher or school authority.
7. Students found indulging in mischief or causing trouble to other students will be strictly punished.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the school management will be final and binding. All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Mathura only.
9. Students must be regular and punctual in attending school and completing their work.
10. Students are not permitted to go outside the school premises during recess or school hours.
11. Leave of absence will not be granted without a prior written application from parents or guardians stating a valid reason.
12. Absence on account of illness must be supported by a medical certificate.
13. Students must keep their notebooks and school diaries neat, tidy, and properly maintained.
14. Homework should be done regularly and submitted on time.
15. Girls are not allowed to wear jewelry, including gold rings or earrings, to school.
16. Students must actively participate in games, sports, and all other school activities.
17. Leave will be granted only for valid and serious reasons.
18. A student who remains absent for ten consecutive days without prior permission, or fails to rejoin school within three days of the commencement of a new session, may have his/her name struck off the school rolls.
Re-admission may be granted only with the Principal’s approval, and a re-admission fee must be paid.
19. No special consideration will be given at the time of promotion; promotion will be based purely on academic performance and conduct.
20. Parents may meet class teachers only during Parent–Teacher Meetings or during specific visiting hours set by the school to discuss their ward’s progress.
21. Parents must ensure that their wards attend school in the proper and complete school uniform.
22. Absence or illness during examinations will be treated as absence.
23. Parents must ensure that their children are properly vaccinated and inoculated against infectious diseases.
24. Students must be polite with their classmates and show respect to teachers and all school staff.
25. Every student must carefully follow and abide by all school rules and regulations.
